Hi, I’m Aviv.

I’ve spent over 16 years working with job seekers, while working as a Hiring Manager and L&D Director in tech. I’ve reviewed thousands of CVs, interviewed candidates, and built teams, so I understand how interviews are run, what recruiters are looking for, and what makes someone stand out.

As a Director with seven years of leadership experience, I had gained a 360 degree view by hiring, building teams, and coaching professionals.

This along with my hiring experience led me to develop a unique model for job searching.
